I met up with the Francis family for their photo session at Riparian Preserve in Gilbert, Arizona. What you don’t see in these photos is that we had to switch locations at the last minute. I usually don’t shoot at Riparian Preserve because it’s overrun with photographers. But we made the call to shoot here that evening, and it didn’t disappoint. And we didn’t even have to dodge a lot of other sessions because the weather scared a lot of people off. But this amazing family stuck it out, and I’m so glad they did! I loved this whole session!
They were a free spirited bunch with beautiful personalities, and I had a great time shooting with them. Makenna and her kiddos were so much fun. And Makenna’s sister, Kristina, jumped in for a few photos too! I feel like sibling photos as adults are often overlooked, but so cherished once you have them.
